Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. ripped actor and Marvel superstar Mark Ruffalo on Friday, diagnosing him with “Trump Derangement Syndrome” after a heated text exchange where he attacked President Donald Trump.
“He’s got really bad Trump Derangement Syndrome, and ... he said, ‘You’re working for the stupidest man in America,’” Kennedy said on the “Fly Zone USA” podcast Friday. “Now you can say a lot about Trump, and a lot of Democrats believe he’s stupid. And I actually, at one point, believed that — ’he’s very superficial. He’s probably never read a book.’ Now that I know him, he has like an encyclopedic mind”.

“Trump Derangement Syndrome” is not an actual medical diagnosis but a phrase MAGA supporters use as an insult towards those critical of the president.
Ruffalo is no stranger to attacking Trump or supporting progressive agendas. Last month he joined other Hollywood stars in a video against the president ahead of July 4.

Kennedy defended Trump by telling host Christian Mathis the president “knows everything.”
“He has these incredible [insights] about the musicians. He loves music. He loves theater. He knows everything about sports. He can outtalk you ... on every sport,” Kennedy claimed.
“He knows everything about Wall Street, who made their money, how they made the money, what the deals look like, and then he knows foreign policy,” he continued.

The health secretary also praised Trump’s “very beautiful hand” after he claimed the president once drew a “perfect picture” of the Middle East.
“When I was in the Democratic Party, I thought he’s a bombastic guy who doesn’t really know anything and doesn’t really care about detail or have a grasp for it,” Kennedy admitted. “But he has an extraordinary grasp for detail.”
