Megan Thee Stallion is being sued by Six K and Eric Archibald for over $1.2 million for "unpaid" wardrobe services, according to a complaint filed in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County.

The 31-year-old musician, born Megan Pete, contacted Six K to hire Archibald to "provide professional services for a variety of events," per a court document reviewed by PEOPLE. However, she allegedly has not paid Archibald for multiple events, ranging from Jan. 8, 2024, through August 2025.

The two claim they submitted invoices to "each related Stallion entity" from Jan. 25, 2025, to Jan. 8, 2026. "Each invoice is supported by a deal memo that was acknowledged by the related Stallion entity via email," the document states.

An invoice submitted as evidence claims that Megan and her entities owe Six K $1,243,501.98 for services rendered for a list of events.

Six K and Archibald also provided an example of the alleged deal memo as evidence. The document is an itemized bill from July 8, 2025, for styling services for the Pete & Thomas Foundation Inaugural Gala in New York City, which Megan attended on July 16, 2025.

The memo total is $53,800, and includes the cost of prep days, assistants and three gowns.

"Despite the fact that Six K has made numerous and unsuccessful attempts to resolve payment over the course of the last two years, there is still no imminent direction towards settlement between the parties," the complaint alleges.

Archibald claims that the lack of payment has "impacted" him personally, and he and Six K both claim it has "adversely affected" them professionally. They allege that a portion of the owed money is for vendors.

The two demand "immediate payment of the outstanding invoices."

In a statement shared with PEOPLE, Megan refuted these claims.

"My finance team conducted a comprehensive audit of Eric Archibald's wardrobe expenses and uncovered fraudulent invoices, unsupported charges, and styling shipments tied to addresses that could not be verified. Those findings raised serious concerns about the legitimacy of expenses that we repeatedly tried to resolve privately with Eric's team. Rather than address the issues from the audit, Eric and his team chose to file a lawsuit. The facts are on our side and I won't be coerced into paying charges that can't be substantiated."
