The hosts of the new season of Home Town Takeover have been revealed!
In a Tuesday, June 2, Instagram post, Canadian streaming service Citytv+ revealed that Renovation Island stars Bryan and Sarah Baeumler will serve as the hosts of Home Town Takeover Canada.
"We've got some huge news. We're coming home to HGTV!" the couple announced in the video.
Bryan and Sarah are no strangers to HGTV. The couple appeared on the network's Renovation Island series, which saw them move from Canada to the Bahamas to restore an abandoned resort.
"We've got just three months to completely transform a small Canadian town and bring it back to life," Sarah says in the video. "That's a lot of work, and this might be one of our biggest challenges yet," Bryan added.
According to the post's caption, the series is set to premiere this fall on HGTV and Citytv+.
"We're using everything we've learned over the years to help keep this town's heart beating," Sarah says in the clip. Bryan ended the clip by stating, "So, stay tuned to HGTV to find out which lucky town we're taking over, and which special guests will be joining us."

A spinoff of the long-running home renovation series Home Town,Home Town Takeover first premiered in 2021 with hosts Erin and Ben Napier. The couple have hosted three seasons of Takeover, which follows them as they renovated homes and community spaces in small towns in need of an economic boost.
In a December interview with Cineamablend, Erin and Ben revealed that they are not "legally allowed" to host the upcoming season of Home Town Takeover.

"Our production company is Canadian. The people who make our show, they're passionate about this Canadian takeover," Erin told the outlet. "But, because we are Americans, we are not legally allowed to host the show. We can only be in it as, like, guest stars."
"Yeah, a Canadian broadcast show has to be hosted by Canadian talent," Ben added.

Despite the change, Erin said she's "excited to go to Canada, because I've never been before," and notes "it would be magical, in the summer especially."
The couple then teased that they knew who the new hosts were without sharing at the time."We know who it is, and I can say that we really like them," Ben added. "It's another husband and wife team."
