Heated Rivalry is giving away two tickets to the season 2 premiere next year.
The giveaway goes to support LGBTQ charity Rainbow Railroad.
Showrunner Jacob Tierney calls the organization "super important to me" and "super close to my heart."
Want to attend the Heated Rivalry season 2 premiere in 2027? Your chances have been raised.
The show is giving away a pair of tickets to the big extravaganza and the events surrounding it to support Rainbow Railroad, an organization that "helps LGBTQI+ people around the world escape persecution and violence and find safety," according to a description.
It's "super important to me" and "super close to my heart," showrunner Jacob Tierney said in announcing the effort through Charitybuzz. "They do amazing work," he added.
Anyone interested can enter online and increase their chances through donations.
Heated Rivalry season 2 will bring back Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie as star-crossed hockey lovers Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov. Production is set to begin this summer, ahead of a spring 2027 premiere.
Tierney teased the events of season 2, which will mainly adapt Rachel Reid's The Long Game, during a BookCon panel this past April. "It really is different," he said, "and the challenge, from an adaptation standpoint, is you're in much more serious territory. There's still lots of flirting, and there's lots of sex, but it's this kind of danger. This kind of 'hotel room, adolescent sex' stuff is largely gone."
The hype train around the Crave show suggests no signs of stopping. This giveaway is the latest in a series of drops to wet the fandom's whistle as they wait for new episodes.

The show partnered with the Province of Canada to release an official fleece in the likeness of Shane's fan-favorite apparel on season 2. Pre-orders were announced earlier this week and sold out in minutes.

Tierney will also release I'll Believe in Anything, a behind-the-scenes book that gathers the Heated Rivalry season 2 scripts and his annotations. That title will publish this Oct. 13.
"With this book, the intention was to invite everyone who loves the show to sit beside me and the team, not just to see what we made, but to understand why we made it," the showrunner told PEOPLE. "I wanted it to feel personal, like a natural extension of the story audiences connected with from the very beginning."
Then there's the Off-Broadway Heated Rivalry: The Unauthorized Musical Parody to keep us warm while Reid continues work on her next Shane- and Ilya-focused book, Unrivaled, also coming next year.
"I feel like more than any other book I've written, this one needs to be really good," she told Entertainment Weekly. "I hope I'm giving people what they want out of this. I hope what I want is what other people want."
Heated Rivalry season 1 is currently streaming in the U.S. on HBO Max.
