Kam Saunders just permanently memorialized the Eras Tour with his latest tattoo, and fans couldn't be more over the moon about the "precious" artwork after seeing him debut it in his latest social media post.
The dancer took to Instagram late on Friday, Dec. 26, to share a heartfelt salute to the tour that made daily headlines, had millions of viewers tuning into grainy TikTok livestreams night after night, and inspired other touring artists to try to recreate the magic, outlined in black and red on his inner bicep.
To show off his latest ink, he brought his fist up to the side of his head, resting it there to put the design—immediately recognizable to Swifties everywhere—front and center in a pair of mirror selfies. A black stencil of the Eras Tour stage was on full display, with a red heart nestled in the center of the diamond shape that served as the middle of the catwalk.
"🎶 it was the end of an era 🎶," he captioned the photos, quoting Swift's fan-favorite track "Long Live" and referencing the title of her six-part docuseries on Disney+, which highlighted some of his own story. "Obsessed with my new tattoo. Got it done in Lisbon last week."
"(Shape of the eras tour stage with a heart in the middle.)🥹❤️," he added in parentheses, leaving fans tickled pink by the unnecessary explanation.

The sweet tribute to his "boss lady" and the epic tour left fans feeling verklempt, with one commenter admitting, "i’m going to cry 😭 this is so special."

Kam Is Practically as Popular as Swift Herself
While fans were eager to hear more behind-the-scenes information from Swift in the highly anticipated documentary, the interview with Kam about his own journey to the Eras Tour was a delightful surprise, which left many feeling "truly inspired."
Kam shared that his NFL star brother, Khalen Saunders, footed the bill for his flight to the auditions, leaving fans scrambling to find a way to pay him back. They raised over $20,000 for his foundation, practically leaving the New York Jets defensive tackle speechless, and inspiring him to thank Swifties in return by recreating his brother's viral "Bejeweled" choreography.
Kam nearly went viral as often as Swift did throughout the duration of the tour, thanks to his customized “We Are Never Getting Back Together” line depending upon where they were performing, seemingly intentionally trying to get Swift to break character with some gentle onstage ribbing night after night, and suffering from his own Errors Tour moments—all of which eventually inspired some Swifties to dress as him for Halloween.
