Diddy's assistant responds to suit comparing her to Ghislaine Maxwell
Sean "Diddy" Combs' longtime assistant and chief of staff Kristina "KK" Khorram is challenging claims about her role in the producer's alleged sex crimes.
Amid an ongoing lawsuit filed by Phillip Pines against Khorram, Combs and several of his companies, Khorram is arguing that the case against her is legally insufficient, according to documents obtained by USA TODAY. In his opposition to her motion, Pines, who also worked for Combs, referenced another accuser's description of Khorram as Combs' "Ghislaine Maxwell" and "right hand."
Pines said that all Defendants named in the complaint, including Khorram, were "co-conspirators" of Combs' alleged sex trafficking regardless of their direct involvement because they benefited from and ratified the "coercive venture."
Pines pointed to an incident during which he allegedly witnessed Combs kick somebody, and Khorram, who was Pines' "supervisor," instructed him to remain silent about it or he would "face repercussions."
Khorram filed a response calling Pines' claim that she told him not to discuss the incident the "only" true allegation of the 16 total causes of action and argued it is "untethered to every claim asserted." As for the accusation that she threatened repercussions, Khorram said "even if taken as true—is a far cry from extreme and outrageous conduct."

Pines, who said his job was to arrange and clean up hotel rooms for Combs' alleged "freakoffs," first filed the complaint in December 2024 for sexual battery, sex trafficking, gender violence, sexual harassment and several causes relating to the termination of his employment.

Among Pines' allegations was that Khorram and the rapper forced him to engage in sexual acts. He also claimed Combs treated him as a "personal lackey" during his employment, which lasted from 2019 to 2021.
Khorram has been named in several lawsuits against the Bad Boy Records founder over the years. Both have denied all allegations of wrongdoing.
Combs is currently serving a 50-month prison sentence after a jury found him guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution in a federal case last July.
